Today’s workplace is continuously evolving & becoming more complex – traditional methods for organization just don’t cut it anymore. is there a way to react?

Yves Morieux discussed this very subject during his TED speech last October. A speech you’ll enjoy – he makes some cracking jokes – and i truly believe holds at least crucial elements for an appropriate solution. I must confess that I’m a huge fan of using the most successful machine / entity (depending on your take on life) which is the human brain as an organizational paradigm ( Yves is using the synapses as a key ingredient of how an organization should be structured )
